Since 2006 The New Zealand Beer Festival has showcased the best Craft Beer in the world to tens of thousands of festival goers.
Both the event and the industry as a whole have enjoyed increasing public curiosity, and the thirst for something a bit different. Each year the uniquely Kiwi mix of beer, food, music and summer creates an unforgettable atmosphere for good times with great mates. This time things are a bit special and the boys behind the festival have clearly decided to take things up a notch.
The first ever Muriwai Waitangi Day Festival showcases musicians whose strong Maori music identity has translated them offshore into ‘world music artists’.

The Underground Festival is happening in Auckland on the 10th March! Created to give kiwi creative types a chance to display their art and music, kick off is 3pm with hot rod rides and a bouncy castle for the young and young at heart. There will be great live music as the day progresses, with stalls out the back at the Kings Arms.

Celebrate New Years Eve in beautiful Queenstown at the sweetest music festival in the country--Earthtonz. There will be over 30 hours of music starting at 2pm on 30 December and camping for 2 days is only $15.
The concert features an international lineup of stars playing electronica, hip hop, dubstep, breaks, drum & bass, beatbox and progressive dance music.
The Big Day out announced some big changes to it's format and the new additions (and subtractions) to it's lineup.
