Accounting 101 with Lucy Daniel from Entertainment Accounting

The Music Managers Forum Aotearoa are pleased to announce the first Members Hangout for 2021.  These are more intimate on-line sessions, held via Zoom with up to 10 MMF members, which allow our members to take part in a small group learning environment where they can be upskilled in important areas of music management.

When starting out in management or in a band, the whole accounting side of the business can be super confusing. Should we be GST registered? What is WHT? What information needs to be on an invoice? Do we need a separate bank account? How do I separate my business, my bands business and my private account when it comes to paying tax? What are good accounting business practices?

Lucy Daniel from Entertainment Accounting Services can answer all these questions and more. Entertainment Accounting are specialists in the music industry so they are without a doubt the experts.
