Brings a unique blend of expertise as a Chief Executive, senior advisor, producer, and practicing artist. Skilled in partnering with boards, securing funding, and delivering complex projects and events from strategy through to successful execution.

Audrey is a full time Artist Manager based in Auckland, New Zealand, specialising in Hip-Hop, Roots, Soul and alternative cross-genre formats with a current roster including Christoph El Truento, Mokomokai, Noe, and Ladi6 (co-manager)

Bev has over 25 years in the industry, spanning artist development, PR and media strategy, event and production management, and mentoring, she brings both practical knowledge and a strong sense of purpose around supporting sustainable, culturally grounded artist careers.

Currently an Artist Manager for a diverse roster of Aotearoa artists, including The Black Seeds, The Phoenix Foundation, Reb Fountain, and Moniker. Over the years, has also helped develop artists such as Lord Echo, Lawrence Arabia, Connan Mockasin, and Sola Rosa.

Cuillin Hearty is an emerging artist manager and active member of Aotearoa’s independent music community, with experience that spans artist development through community programmes, touring, events, and live production.

Fenella Stratton is an artist manager and events professional based in Tāmaki Makaurau.  Fenella has worked in the New Zealand music industry since 2003 and is a current executive member of MMF Aotearoa, contributing to the growth and support of local music managers & talent.

Joost contributes actively to Aotearoa’s wider music ecosystem, helping foster alignment between different facets of the music industry. His current work with MMF Aotearoa includes initiatives to strengthen pathways for local artists (and their management teams) — creating opportunities for upskilling, live performance development, and long-term collaborations and partnerships that elevate New Zealand talent on global stages.

I first became known as a disruptor alongside Evan Short as Concord Dawn, making noise, pushing boundaries, winning awards, and getting up to mischief while releasing on the worlds leading drum and bass labels. Due to this time I can offer a vast experience of the electronic music scene of New Zealand, having performed over 500 gigs as an artist in Aotearoa, and have a vast knowledge and network inside that scene and the live industry here. 

Mel Parsons brings her perspective and experience as a self-managed working artist & small indie label owner, and is particularly passionate about advocating on behalf of her fellow artists. Parsons holds a Performing Arts degree in Music from the University of Auckland, and is based in Ōhinehou Lyttelton. 

Mikee Carpinter is a New Zealand based music manager, creative director, and industry strategist devoted to building meaningful, sustainable careers for emerging and established artists.

As an artist manager, I know firsthand the challenges our community faces—navigating complex international markets, building sustainable career pathways for artists, and doing this mahi while often feeling isolated in our individual practices. Since joining MMF as a mentor in 2020, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of our collective knowledge and support structures.
